POLICY RULES FOR PUBLISHING (Songwriters)
(A) We are not excepting cassettes
tapes.
(B) CD's Can Have Up To 14 Songs Plus Typed Lyric Sheets
(C) If one or more of your songs are picked we will call you on the phone
(D) If you don't hear from us, chances are your song was rejected.
(E) Do Not Fax Sheet Music or Lyrics. Do Not Play
Demos over Phone
(F) We do not review music over the web sites due to our work load.
(G) We will not except any downloaded music from the net.
(H) Is your material for Publishing only (?) Artist Deal (?) or Both (?)
(I) Please Explain in Your Cover Letter what you aspire to do
(J) We except Video and DVD along with promo package

We handle the following types of music: Traditional Country, New Country, Bluegrass, Blues, R & B, RAP, Pop, Gospel and Rock. Please do not submit other styles unless requested to do so. Please include any relevant press kit information that you have available for our A&R Department.
Due to the high volume of material that we receive, we cannot respond to all mail and phone inquiries. We may respond to some inquiries by phone or via e-mail.
