Allen Brown began singing at the early age of 12 at various Opry Houses, VFW halls, and private parties and bar rooms throughout the state of Texas. Brown left his small hometown of Gun Barrel City, Texas to pursue a lifelong dream, of being a singer/songwriter. When he decided to move to Nashville in 2005, his goal was to write songs for other artists but after being noticed by several Nashville notables, he decided to embrace his passion for singing, as well. Brown has not forgotten how to write a song. He has recently been writing with some of the most seasoned writers in town. His material is new and fresh but still possesses his unique style.

"For me, there is emotional and spiritual uplift in the power of a song. To walk out on stage and leave the crowd smiling at the end of the night is the ultimate. When I write a song, I write because there's a story I want to say and share with people."

Influenced by country greats such as George Strait, Johnny Paycheck, Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings and Keith Whitley, Brown has stayed true to his love of "REAL COUNTRY MUSIC" but has added his own flair that he refers to as "ALLENTUDE".

Allen is  currently being produced by Ed Russell for Castle Records Nashville and is currently working on a new Album.

Brown has opened for Tommy Allsup, Kevin Sharp, John Anderson and is currently scheduling a 2007 tour throughout many states in the US and possibilities of some overseas performances. There is a continually growing demands/or Brown's style and charisma spanning from Tennessee to Iowa to Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas.
